PPS allows participants to identify growing opportunities to develop better interpersonal communication, teamwork and personal effectiveness. Presented in an interactive context of a learning seminar the Personal Profile System allows participants to explore the "I wonder" questions that will bring awareness in increasing effectiveness in the work place and beyond. • I wonder what determines my actions? • I wonder how others perceive me? • I wonder why I adapt my behavior to different situations? • I wonder how I can better understand others and myself? • I wonder how our team will work together? • I wonder how I will fit in? You know that good communication, productive teamwork, customer service, problem solving, and high productivity are all critical needs for today's workplace. Technology is important. But, no matter how much technology one has, humans working together are still essential. The PPS experience insures that, by taking an honest look at yourself, you can better adapt and modify your behavior to serve your needs, other's needs, and the needs of the organization. This is where dynamic change can begin. This seminar requires a minimum of 4 hours and preferably 6-8 hours. It is an absolutely wonderful experience.
